We are offering Fluidized Bed Dryer. The Fluidized Bed Dryer is single piece construction- without flange joints. Fluidized Bed Dryer, available with us, is a complete dryer having stainless steel construction with mirror polished product contact surfaces. The edges of all the parts of Fluidized Bed Dryer are rounded off and only butt welding is carried out (by argon arc process).

  • Filter bag sealing arrangement by means of inflatable tube
  • Interlocking between filter bag sealing tube, blower motor and exhaust butterfly valve
  • Product container lifting platform and air cylinder replaced by pneumatically operated gasket
  • Rapid change of filter bag
  • Built to suit GMP regulations
